A Two-Story, 22-Office Administration Building Development in Summit County

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project consisted of a two-story administration building for Summit Fire and EMS. The building was constructed using traditional building materials i.e. steel frame with concrete decks and CMU stair/elevator cores. The development included rougly 22 offices, two conference rooms, a large board meeting room, and a display area for an antique fire engine.

Location: Frisco, CO

Building Size: 10,000 SF

Construction Duration: 11 Months

RACING AGAINST WINTER

Due to the location, it was imperative to get critical site infrastructure and the building slab in prior to winter hitting. If we were unable to get these items complete before winter hit then the project would have become very difficult and costly to complete through the winter months.
